Rabbi Scott is the Dean of The Rabbi Joseph H. Gelberman Teachings on Judaism and Interfaith Religions Inc, which is run under the auspices of The Institute for Personal Religion, a 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization.  He also is officiates at wedding ceremonies, performs baby namings and britot, conducts funeral services, blesses mezuzahs at homes and businesses, performs conversions, and leads Shabbat services. He works in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut.
