Reflection, Meditation and Prayer, a Pathway to Unity

In … silence we find a new energy and a real unity. God’s energy becomes ours, allowing us to perform things well.

~ Saint Mother Theresa

It’s August and the deep heat of the summer is upon us. Besides “sweating up a storm,” we should take time out to be “thinking up a storm” — thinking about spiritual exercises we can be part of to bring out the best in ourselves and others.

Reflection, Meditation, and Prayer are the means of opening oneself to the work of God in your life. Through these exercises, you can experience the beauty of silence, oneness and inner peace. I have found that if you center yourself in the presence of love, joy and peace, it will allow the Spirit to flow through you and show you the Way to unlimited possibilities.

All Faiths Seminary International, teaches you how to practice these exercises so that you will be able to share what you have learned with others in your community. One thing is for sure, becoming a licensed Interfaith Minister, through AFSI, assures that you will be part of changing the world for good one person at a time and that God is leading you there!
